For: Virgin Trains Stations
Brief: To design and build a two-touch awareness email for customers having automatic ticket gates (ATGs) installed at their home station. To design and artwork of an information leaflet to hand out at affected stations along with a pull-up banner.
Responsibilities: Alison was the creative lead on the project, responsible for delivering the final artwork and html email code.
Outcome: A quick team brainstorm session led to the title ‘Gate Expectations’ and the Dickens novel concept which was carried across all publicity material.
