Brief: Design various visual assets for the multi phase launch of the Volvo C40 Recharge to the UK market.
- Collaborate with copywriter to visualise a WeTransfer 15 second teaser video
- Design Playground XYZ Super Skin carousel and Video Switch still assets
- Produce Social assets for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
Outcomes: The style guidelines were very rigid and we already had much of the launch material including video footage supplied to us as a ‘global toolkit’. For the teaser we wanted to create a bit of mystique around the car so the idea was to have a moving spotlight effect move diagonally across a series of three car stills to draw attention and to lift the overlaid copy lines.
Using revolutionary digital advertising solution Playground XYZ it was possible to design effective attention grabbing visuals to the ‘Green Chic Progressive’ audience that the campaign was aimed at.
Social assets were produced in various formats including those optimising clever techniques for a tech savvy market, such as pan and tilt on Instant Experiences.
